4) When we act as processor vs. controller
For most website and marketing activities, Damoness is a controller.
For project files and customer-provided content used to make products (e.g., CAD, logos, engravings), we act as a processor on behalf of the business customer (the controller) and process data under the relevant contract/NDA and the customer’s instructions.

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:
