In-process QC at each stage and final inspection to AQL 2.5/4.0 (General Level II). Nickel-safe finishes, lead-free solder where applicable, and batch traceability. Third-party lab testing can be arranged on request.
Yes. We support laser engraving, hallmarking (where applicable), barcode/QR, and fully custom packaging (boxes, pouches, cards) to match your brand guidelines.
Pricing depends on metal purity/weight, stones, plating thickness, finishes, and order quantity. Sample fees are credited against the first mass order. Quotes are typically valid for 15 days
Standard terms: 50% deposit to start production, 50% balance before shipment. Bank transfer in USD/EUR/AED. For large orders, L/C at sight may be available
Yes, we sign NDAs. For OEM projects, you retain all IP to your designs. For ODM concepts provided by Damoness, usage rights can be licensed or assigned per agreement.
We follow international best practices (nickel-release limits, REACH/Prop 65 awareness). Conflict-free and lab-grown diamond options are available; supporting documents can be provided upon request.
