Nam is in charge of coordinating the entire production chain at Damoness from casting – stone setting – polishing – plating – packaging. He implements LEAN/5S, AQL 2.5/4.0 standards, and optimizes DFM, capacity planning, plating micron control & lot tracing. Nam’s goal: stable quality, cost optimization and on-time delivery for US/EU/APAC markets.
