Design and Innovation (60%)
- Design 3D jewelry models (rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets...) according to customer requirements and market trends
- Create detailed technical drawings, ensuring feasibility in production
- Develop and improve existing designs to optimize quality
- Create high quality renders for marketing and sales
- Building a standardized design library
Technical Support (25%)
- Coordinate with production department to ensure design feasibility
- Check and adjust design files before 3D printing/casting
- Calculate metal and gemstone weight for each product
- Solve technical problems during production
- Generate detailed technical reports
Customer Interaction (10%)
- Communicate directly with customers about design requirements
- Edit design based on customer feedback
- Technical advice on feasibility and cost
- Prepare presentation materials for clients
Research and Development (5%)
- Research international jewelry design trends
- Update knowledge about new design technology
- Participate in training to improve professional skills
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Education level
- College/University: Fine Arts, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering
- Advanced Jewelry Design Certificate (Preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of 3D design experience
- Experience in jewelry industry preferred
Professional skills
Obligatory:
- Proficient in: Rhino 3D, Matrix, JewelCAD, Blender
- Render: KeyShot, V-Ray, Blender Cycles
- Understanding the jewelry manufacturing process
- Knowledge of precious metals and gemstones
Prioritize:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- CAM and CNC
- International jewelry quality standards
