We are looking for an experienced and dedicated General Accountant to join our finance team. This position requires high accuracy, deep analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of accounting processes. The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with the Board of Directors, contribute to key strategic decisions and develop effective financial management systems.

- DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
Accounting & Reporting (40%)
- Perform comprehensive and accurate accounting according to Vietnamese standards
- Check and compare data between departments to ensure consistency
- Prepare financial reports and periodic management reports according to legal regulations
- Prepare financial analysis reports to support management decision making
Debt & Cash Flow Management (30%)
- Track and manage receivables and payables in a detailed and timely manner.
- Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure they reflect actual business performance.
- Control cash flow, forecast short-term and long-term financial needs
- Manage the company's investments and fixed assets
Compliance & Control (20%)
- Checking documents and accounting practices to ensure compliance with the law
- Manage accounting books, invoices and documents according to regulations
- Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, banks when required
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filing and reporting
Consulting & Development (10%)
- Proposing solutions to improve accounting and financial management processes
- Participate in building the company's financial and accounting policies
- Support training and guidance of other accounting staff when needed
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: University graduate majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance - Banking
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in the position of General Accountant or equivalent
- Priority: Experience in the field of manufacturing/trading gold, silver, jewelry, precious metals
Professional knowledge
- Mastering Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and current tax regulations
- Deep understanding of corporate accounting regime and financial reporting process
- Knowledge of corporate law, tax law and related legal regulations
- Understanding of accounting specifics of the jewelry industry (if any) is a big advantage
Computer skills
- Required: Proficiency in accounting software (MISA, FAST, Bravo, SAP...)
- Required: Proficient in Excel (pivot table, vlookup, basic macro)
- Priority: Know how to use ERP software, Power BI or data analysis tools
Soft skills
- Careful, honest, highly responsible in work
- Data analysis skills, professional reporting
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
- Good communication skills, ability to present and explain financial issues
Other requirements
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Willing to work overtime during reporting and settlement periods
- Having an accountant or chief accountant certificate is an advantage.
