Air Waybill/Bill of Lading and export declaration.
Certificate of Origin (Chamber/FTA where applicable).
Hallmark/assay certificates where required (e.g., UK/EU).
Material declarations & test reports available on request.
All docs are provided as a pre-alert pack before the shipment departs.

Compliance & Testing
We support EU REACH (nickel release, cadmium, lead limits), US Prop 65 awareness, and destination-specific labeling (country of origin, composition where required). Third-party lab testing (SGS/BV/TÜV) and CITES handling for restricted natural materials can be arranged. Lab-grown diamonds are clearly declared as such.

Packaging & Security
Anti-tarnish pouches, silica gel, heat-sealed poly, tamper-evident cartons, barcode/QR carton IDs, and discreet outer labels. Silver shipments can include anti-tarnish strips or vacuum options. High-value consignments may use secure logistics partners on request.

Insurance & Risk Control
Shipments are insured to declared value; we perform carton drop/humidity checks, provide milestone updates, and respond to customs queries same day. Lost/damaged shipments are managed under carrier or insurer claims procedures.
