The 8-Step Journey — From Brief to Launch
1) Kickoff & Brief Alignment
We align on brand DNA, target customer, price ladder, and delivery date. You share sketches/references (PDF/JPG) or 3D files (STL/3DM/OBJ), preferred materials/finishes, and expected quantities. The outcome: a defined scope, timeline, and transparent pricing logic.
2) Concepts & CAD in 48–72 Hours
From moodboards to multiple concept routes, Damoness quickly converts selections into 3D CAD and photoreal renders, balancing proportions, stone sizes, and ergonomics. You see how the piece will wear—not just the idea on paper.
3) Costing & DFM
Our engineers calculate metal weight, stone maps, and finishing; optimize tolerances, shanks/galleries, clasp mechanisms, and plating thickness (typically 0.5–2.5 μm) to hit target price without sacrificing durability in production.
4) Prototypes & Samples (7–12 Business Days)
High-fidelity samples validate fit, finish, and comfort. Tests focus on stone security, articulation (for bracelets/necklaces), and wear resistance. CAD is refined where needed.
5) Pre-Production & QC Plan
Before the main run, we lock specifications, packaging, and labeling. QC gates are set across casting, setting, polishing, plating, and final packing. A PP sample can “seal” the standard if required.
6) Mass Production (25–45 Days)
Production is monitored by station yield and rework thresholds. You receive milestone updates weekly to minimize blind spots across the chain.
7) Final Inspection & Compliance
Each lot passes in-process checks and a final inspection to AQL 2.5/4.0 (General Level II). Finishes are nickel-safe; lead-free where applicable. Third-party testing (SGS/BV/TÜV) and hallmark/assay services are available on request.
8) Export & Handover
Shipments depart Ho Chi Minh City (VN) or Dubai (UAE) via DHL/UPS/FedEx (express 2–5 days), air (5–10 days), or ocean LCL/FCL (20–35 days). You receive a pre-alert pack: Commercial Invoice (HS 71xx such as 7113/7117), Packing List, AWB/BL, COO, labels—plus tracking and POD after delivery.
Materials, Finishes & Stones
We work with 14K/18K gold, 925 sterling silver with rhodium, and brass/stainless for fashion tiers; plating in yellow/rose/white gold or rhodium per spec (optional e-coat anti-tarnish). Stones include natural/lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, CZ, and colored gemstones—with clear lot traceability.
Timelines, MOQs & Terms
Typical MOQs are 30–100 units per style depending on material and complexity; pilot runs available. Samples in 7–12 business days; mass production in 25–45 days; expedite options on request. Payment terms 50/50 by bank transfer; Incoterms EXW/FOB/DAP/DDP; all shipments insured to declared value.
